Yeule

This project was conceived as a hybrid between a recreation of Yeule’s real bedroom and the inner world they inhabit, exploring the Japanese phenomenon of Hikikomori - an intense agoraphobia experienced by people living in high density housing. The show design functioned with dual purpose, primarily for Yeule’s 2022 Southbank performance which was then transformed into an interactive AV installation at the same venue.
